All stockholders of record with outstanding stock at the close of business on May 1, 2026 are entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting.  If you attend the meeting, and previously sent in your proxy, you may revoke your proxy and vote your shares in person.   A list of stockholders entitled to vote may be examined at the VPG corporate offices during usual business hours for the ten days prior to the annual meeting, as well as at the annual meeting.

We appreciate your business and support of VPG.  In order for us to plan, please RSVP by email to: Marsha Dobson at zqbofba@sregvybzr.pbz on or before June 19th.  Please include in your email whether you will be attending in person or by Webinar.  Lunch will be provided after the meeting so, please include your numbers for lunch with your RSVP.  If you choose to join the meeting by Webinar, we will provide a link for you to join the Webinar meeting.   We look forward to seeing you at this year’s meeting.  
The meeting will allow us to complete the necessary business of the corporation and have a brief state of the company. Questions can be submitted to the Webinar Chat Room during the meeting.
