Voluntary Purchasing Groups, Inc. Online Sales Form

If you purchase ferti•lome and/or Hi-Yield products (“Products”) from a Voluntary Purchasing Groups, Inc. (“VPG”) Authorized Distributor for purposes of resale to end users and wish to sell the Products on your own proprietary website, or believe you qualify to sell on online third-party marketplace(s), you must complete this Online Sales Form (“Form”) before selling on your proprietary website or any online marketplace. 

Please note you are not authorized to sell Products on or through your Permissible Public Website (as defined in the Voluntary Purchasing Groups Brand Protection Policy) until you have registered that website with VPG using this Form. 

You are not authorized to sell Products on any online marketplace (including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Target , TikTok Shop, and Walmart Marketplace) without separate confirmation from VPG following submission of this Form that you satisfy the required criteria, including, but not limited to, the minimum purchase amounts set forth in the Early Order Incentive (EOI) Program.
